從現在開始練9k - 路跑 Road Running

大家好,第一次在這裡發文問問題,請多指教> <
原po兩年前用跑步減肥的時候,巔峰大約也只有45min 6K的成績
瓶頸卡了一陣子,既跑不快時間也沒辦法持續更久,所以就沒有再跑步
這一年來喜歡其他運動,連續一個小時的有氧體力也還撐得住
直到上個月跟男友實驗室一群人很熱血的報了9k的舒跑杯,才又開始重新跑步
最近這一兩個禮拜跑的狀況都還不錯,25分鐘可以跑完400m操場8圈,
跑的時候雖然很累,但跑完卻很快就又恢復(只是小腿會有點酸)
不過眼看還剩下一個多月就要上路,我一周也只有三天晚上可以練習長跑
有在跑步的朋友說我一定可以跑得完
但是還是希望知道接下來的幾週要怎麼訓練比較好T^T
像是如何逐漸拉長跑步的距離?如何配速?
題外話,這幾天翻了高木直子那本馬拉松的繪本
發現他第一場10K的成績在一小時以內真的超強的啊啊~~
