從10km 練到20km 要注意什麼? - 路跑 Road Running

最近開始習慣每星期六下午
跑社區外馬路1圈1.4k
7圈多一點差不多10km
跑完不會太喘
每週星期一、四都有練太極
打50分鐘不停歇
所以平常日我沒練跑
之前算時間10km大概花45分鐘
現在天氣熱了點 應該會花久一點的時間
如果要加到20km 有什麼要注意的?
補水的問題怎麼辦? 等等...
