如何慢跑 才能增重 - 路跑 Road Running

在下有一個 困擾 就是 BMI 只有 18 太輕了
聽說運動完 後半小時後 吃飯 應消化很好對增重有幫助 但看起來還是差不多
個人是常吃素 三餐正常 常喝水據說對變重有幫助
慢跑時間大都 固定 黃昏時間 約30分 5km
請教 各位 跑友 如何可以慢跑 增重
我看我朋友小小隻的都有62kg 肌肉應很結實
