其實我覺得就所謂老派的跳投與否罷了
跳投一般就是跳起來 再靠腳帶動起來的上半身以及腰力投出去
(一般人要做到Ray Allen說的那種腳帶動起來手不要出力真的太變態)
個人以前全身肌力還夠的時候是覺得
做這種跳投很廢力 但把身體的那種感覺記起來
久而久之就會穩
而且面對自己比較有身材優勢的情形會好用
但缺點是體力消耗很快 腰會很累
另外一種投籃的要領就是要快
擺太低就不能不夠快 不然就很容易被蓋
但我個人覺得為了求快往往會造成姿勢變形
但相對就省力很多 可以打比較久
兩種都有人用啦 但年輕一點的小朋友越來越喜歡curry那種出手方式
但老一點的還是會喜歡MJ Kobe那種出手
就算不帥 還是會把自己想得很帥
