1.請問跑步到底會不會傷膝蓋呢?
怎樣跑才比較不傷呢?
2.同樣跑1K 一個是沒上下坡 一個有上下坡
好像沒上下坡的跑起來比較輕鬆?是為什麼呢?
3.穿籃球鞋跑長途會不好嗎?
4.長時間用運動臂帶(裝手機 129克)好像會造成肩膀的痠痛?
