標題有點不知道怎麼下 哈哈
算有點分享也有點希望有人可以一起討論~~
最近天氣太熱了加上學校泳池又開放了
所以重新開始了中斷好久的游泳行程
底下分享一下自己最近去游泳時練的項目
順便看看有沒有人也有自己的菜單可以參考
或是 有建議可以練的好點子~
目前基本上都是設定時間在一個半小時左右完成以下~
一共游3000 學校泳池 一趟50m
-------------------------------------------------------------
1. 捷泳 1000m (含頭尾兩趟慢游) 約17-18分
暖身, 順順游, 不過喘過累為原則XD
2. 蛙泳 500m (含純蛙腳100m) 約15分
花個50-100m練習飄滿, 25公尺6下內完成, 最後一趟衝刺.
3. 蝶泳 500m (含純蝶腰 單邊 雙邊) 約15分
純蝶, 單邊手, 先單手左右再雙手 三種各練50m, 順游, 最後一趟衝刺.
4. 捷泳 500m (榨體力) 約7-8分
就是用力游, 通常用兩下換, 不然體能狀況會有點喘不來 T^T
5. 玩樂 500m (就是玩樂)
看泳池情況練仰蛙 仰式 雙仰(這個超舒服的啦!!!!)
各式慢游 25m潛水 或是借浮板打水!

基本上是沒有特定訓練目標啦
就是把各式都練一練 保持水感兼塑身(?
