我之前是有在做健走大概一天400公尺走8~10圈可是因為我自己本身膝蓋有問題走到後來終於撐不下去了......(也不知道是不是健走造成的)幾乎每天都會覺得膝蓋很"ㄎㄟˊ"所以後來就沒有走了可是我又是很愛吃的人沒有運動根本沒辦法維持身材(節食對我沒用)我又不能游泳(外宿沒有多餘的錢附近沒有�
