小腿酸與PACE問題 - 路跑 Road Running

之前跑完太馬後因為腓腸肌拉傷 休跑至一月中
一月底開始復跑
平均跑五公里左右 偶爾七~九公里
PACE只有7:30~7:15
右腿的脛前肌以及後面腓腸肌接近跟腱部位就會酸酸的;
但PACE往上拉至7:15以上卻不會發生這樣的情形。
是不會痠到讓自己跑步下去,但會持續個一到二公里左右
是該多休息嗎?還是速度往上加?
