我從國中開始就是個小宅胖整天玩olg球類運動我都是白癡半年前我開始想改變從1下伏地挺身都做不起來練到現在能做到30下力氣方面勉強ok了但運動技巧我還是完全的白癡跑步運球穩掉球羽毛球拍就好像中間有洞一樣永遠揮竿落空網球連碰都沒碰過棒球連規則是什麼都不知道桌球我連握拍都有問題我現��
