The Formosa Dreamers signed former Singapore Slingers import guard Jerran
Young for the upcoming the ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) season.

寶島夢想家簽下前新加坡騰飛之獅後衛Jerran Young成為新一季參賽ABL的洋將。


Part of a bold move by new Dreamers head coach Kyle Julius, the 6-foot-6
guard will be expected to carry a huge chunk of the offensive load as one of
just two imports, as opposed to last season’s triumvirate of Will Artino,
Malcolm Miller, and Tevin Glass.

作為夢想家新任教頭Kyle Julius大膽補強的一部分，這位6呎6吋的後衛被期待能擔負龐
大的進攻責任，尤其是對比上一季的三洋將Will Artino、MalcolmMiller及Tevin Glass

Meanwhile, Young himself was an integral part of the Singaporean club’s
offense last season, and was a legitimate second option behind Import Most
Valuable Player winner Xavier Alexander, as the team went all the way to a
do-or-die game five in the Finals before bowing to the eventual champions CLS
Knights Indonesia.

同時，Young本身上季在新加坡也是球隊進攻不可或缺的部分，並成為洋將MVP在Xavier
Alexander後的第二人選，因為球隊一路走到決賽，直到最後第五場一戰定勝負才敗給印尼

Replacing Domagoj Bubalo in the Dreamers lineup, Young previously averaged
19.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 2.5 steals, and almost one block in
36 outings for the Slingers last year.

取代Domagoj Bubalo進入夢想家的陣容，Young上季在騰飛之獅36場出賽中，繳出場均19.0
分、7.0籃板、3.7助攻、2.5籃板及將近1阻攻。


Formosa will look to make a return to championship contention after an shock
quarterfinals exit during the previous playoffs as they were swept by the
Mono Vampire Basketball Club in two games, despite finishing the regular
season as the top seeded team.

夢想家在上季以例行賽第一種子進到季後賽，卻在第一輪八強意外被莫諾吸血鬼兩戰橫掃
淘汰後，期待能夠回到爭冠的行列。
