完全不跑或是減少跑量 - 路跑 Road Running

我是喜愛跑步的大叔
八月跑量接近250k
但不知道是否操太過
最近發現膝蓋後側的肌肉有酸痛現象
查書似乎叫脛肌疼痛
走路會有點痠
跑步後也會
但不到完全無法跑的地步
我的問題是這種情況到底是要
1. 完全不跑,直到不痠痛後才開始跑 (俗稱砍掉重練)
2. 跑量減少,例如跑一休一,不LSD
目前我選擇跑量減少。
想請問各位哪種選項比較好呢?
