姿勢跑法,我失敗了嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

前陣子開始嘗試慢跑,一次大約都跑3.5~5.5公里左右。速度大概都是6.3/KM左右。
不過,因為我不管跑步或走路,一直以來都是使用腳根著地然後帶到腳尖的方式,
而且奇怪的是,我跑步時並不像版上所說,用腳根著地跑會"碰碰碰"很大聲
,而是不管跑步或走路都是幾乎沒聲音的(走路常會嚇到人)。
而開始慢跑後發現原來腳根著地的習慣容易使身體受傷,於是今天開始嘗試「姿勢跑法」
結果....
1. 快不會跑步了,姿勢好卡。好像在跳來跳去。
2. 感覺速度變慢(但後來看記錄上倒是還好,6.25/KM)。
3. 小腿肌肉痠痛到不行,其他倒是沒什麼感覺。
4. 節奏因此整個亂掉,所以今天只跑了3.5KM就停了,主因是實在太痛了。
5. 其實感覺反而比較像快跑衝刺的感覺?尤其是高抬腿時?
請問我這是不是還沒抓到姿勢跑法的竅門所以如此,久了就習慣了?
或者我需要有什麼樣的修正呢?
