提供一些個人對於 Pose Method 的看法
我沒看過徐國峰翻譯的"姿勢跑法",
我看的是 Nicholas Romanov 出版的兩本書和幾篇期刊
Pose Method真正想表達的是跑步過程中重心的移動
透過重心移動帶動"步頻"而"縮短步距",
最後造成用前腳掌落地的"結果"
用前腳掌、全腳掌、腳跟落地不是Pose Method主要討論的議題
Pose Method不是靠改變落地方式來學習,
一下子就改變習慣的方式容易出現肌肉疲勞、酸痛的問題
正確的練習重心轉移來帶動腳步才是一種循序漸進的方式
加上一些訣竅如:
避免出現"小腿推蹬"以及"大腿往前跨"這類的動作
相信能用更舒服的方式練習Pose Method
