大家好,我最近開始嘗試初步培養跑步的習慣,運動時間大概就一週五到六天30分鐘左右
(如果很忙就不去跑了),看的出來不是很大的運動量,不過在跑了一個月左右,腳後跟上
方附近開始出現疼痛感(有時候不痛),今天去看復健科已經確定是阿基里斯腱發炎了,照
醫生說法大概要休息一到兩個禮拜,這段期間就抹抹凝膠加上過去電療跟超音波復健。
醫生是告訴我跑步的時候腳會發生某種聽不太懂的變化,建議我買4000塊的鞋墊,不是專
業人士所以不清楚行情,但學生沒多餘的資金,基本上是消費不起,所以想請問各位休息
復原完後,運動該如何避免再次受傷呢?還是單純是我跑步姿勢有問題?因為平常都自己
跑可能姿勢錯誤也不自覺。
