如何跑步跑到60歲? - 路跑 Road Running

我160公分 68KG 70年次
目前大約每周跑4-5天 每次6公里50分鐘
除了小腿和大腿因為肌肉偶爾僵硬有點痛外是還沒跑出甚麼問題來
未來如果體能許可會慢慢增加練習量並有朝一日能完跑馬拉松
我最終只有一個目標,就是到了60歲以後還是能繼續跑步
想請教各位老先角,要怎麼跑步(姿勢、練習量等等)才可以達成這目標?
我最不希望的就是因為受傷而無法再跑步,謝謝!
