目前17歲,但前胸貼後背、弱不禁風的,很痛苦,也因如此時常生病,幾乎每天醒來第一件事,就是一大堆擤鼻涕......我有個朋友,他是橄欖球隊的,身體壯碩,雖矮小,但前胸與後背的距離,感覺真的不像小孩,我就是想要類似他的那種身材XD所以想請教我該做哪些運動?方便的話,方法也請傳授一下��
