如何練習劈腿 - 瑜珈 Yoga

如題
看劈腿有分好幾種
一種是一腳前一腳後
一種是兩腳側身體可以趴到地上
一種是站立時腳可以伸到頭旁邊
想問這幾種難易度
另外請問
看表演舞蹈者可以助跑前後空翻
要做到那種程度很困難嗎

想問說腿很粗會影響劈腿練習嗎
(還是直接不用練了)
聽說久久不練筋會變硬
有舞者就會一邊睡覺一邊拉筋
有需要做到這樣嗎
是有聽說年紀會影響柔軟度
這個影響程度很高嗎
似乎有看電視看過
一邊倒立一邊在練劈腿的
這個方法可行嗎
(之後有問題再請教)
