如何練持久力~不是那方面啦XD - 路跑 Road Running

想問問版上各位高手
如何鍛鍊持久力?就持續跑一個小時..
我前年夏天開始慢跑,那時候興趣盎然,一個月大概可以跑個一百多KM
我都是晚上的時候在家裡附近公園繞圈跑,那時候一次還可以跑個10KM
大約都是1小時左右..一個星期跑個3.4天.但是沒辦法每次都跑10KM
有時候5KM,有時候7KM..就這樣斷斷續續過了一年的光陰,
越跑越爛..到去年的暑假,然後到最近,幾乎都沒超過10KM了.
一個星期也變成只跑2.3天..每次頂多就5~7KM...
想請問要如何才能鍛鍊持久力??~~~
每次大概都5KM就放棄了....不是很喘就是腳會痛....所以就停下來,
一停下來,就想走回家了......唉~~
