如何正確提高跑步速度 - 路跑 Road Running

各位前輩請教一下 小弟因為想參加鐵人三項
最進開始練習跑步,但速度幾乎都是出奇的慢
大概7公里花了60分鐘@@.....以這種速度是沒
辦法在規定的80分鐘跑完10km的 我的問題是
只要一加快速度就會覺得很喘 沒多久又自動慢下來
提高速度我是應該 換步的頻率差不多,但是把步距
加大 或是維持不距不變,把換步頻率加快
還是呼吸和步伐配合上面有無要注意的事(因為不是
腳酸,就是覺得很喘,越跑越吸不到氣的感覺)
