最近被醫生診斷出臏骨軟骨位移,他說是因為腿部內外側肌力不平均造成的,
叫我要加強腿部內側肌力,醫生是有建議做在椅子上抬腿,
但對我這麼好動的人來說實在是有點無聊,所以請問一下大家有什麼其他動作
或運動能加強腿部內側肌力,順便問一下我的膝蓋肥肥的,有什麼辦法能減點肉??
