因為小弟明年要參加人生第一次半馬 想請教各位版友的意見~~~
跑齡斷斷續續約2年,之前都是隨意跑有流汗就好,為了半馬今年9月才開始紀錄時間
男 25歲 174cm 73kg
月跑量120~150
現在每天固定6K,一個禮拜一次10kor15k
6K均速在5分15,最快一次在4分38
10K均速在5分,最快一次在4分45
15K均速在5分
目前只有練配速跑
因為明年的比賽,也訂下了一個小小目標,想問大家如何再快一點,我個人是覺得太胖XD
