女生跑友請近有問題想請教 (男勿入) - 路跑 Road Running

有幾個問題想問愛好跑步的女生,
1.
在生理期前幾天是不是速度跟體力會大幅下降
這星期跑一小時跑步到6公里
平常水準大概有9-10KM
2.
在生理期第幾天可以恢復正常跑步
3.
如果很不幸賽事剛好碰到生理期前兩天,
你們會去參加賽事嗎?
如果會去, 會用棉條還是衛生棉?
我目前只跑到半馬的距離, 如果時間在加長, 是不是需要準備替換的
如果會跑, 是不是要放慢速度, 比平時更慢速度, 比較容易跑完全程?
我的生理期不是很準, 從28天到45天都有,
很難由生理週期去推估未來賽事可不可以參加
請前輩們幫幫指導
