最近想靠游泳減肥
但是想知道自由式和蛙式哪個消耗的熱量比較多?
每天游泳大概一~兩個小時 一個禮拜游兩~三次
以女生的話一次大概要游幾公尺或是幾公里才夠?
游完泳會不會變得很壯??...
