最近因腳踝的傷勢斷斷續續痛了4個月
期間跑了2場半馬1場全馬
都是過1-2.5小時腳踝會開始刺痛(時間越長越痛 休息幾天又會慢慢變好)
求診醫學中心的足踝專科醫生檢查後
確定是"副舟狀骨症候群" 人口中大約有9-14%會有
因為與舟狀骨分離,所以那邊的組織會因跑步時間的變長摩擦而發炎腫脹
他的建議是不要長跑.....
如果真的要跑最好再上路前吃消炎止痛藥
不知板友有沒有類似症狀
除了吃止痛藥以外還有沒有甚麼方法?(帶護踝他說沒用..)
