如題,會這樣問是因為去上了一堂艾揚格瑜珈的體驗課,老師說我的大腿前側肌肉蠻可怕
師:妳平常在做重訓嗎?
我:沒有
師:還是有踩飛輪騎腳踏車?
我:有 一週一次
師:我建議妳停掉
因為老師欲言又止的想表達一種:也不是不好啦,就是建議不要再進行這些運動,讓我有些困惑和震驚,原本認知是重訓搭配瑜珈伸展對身體是好的,而且飛輪其實才剛報名上兩堂課而已,不覺得自己大腿目前的狀態到很粗壯(也在想老師是不是誤會了其實是肥肉)
想問前側肌肉太發達會影響到瑜珈課的練習嗎?或是有其他原因呢(還是單純是視覺上很壯不好看之類QQ)
我的腿型大致如下圖左

總之,目前想練瑜珈是希望能:
1.提升拉筋柔軟度,練會正側劈腿、倒立等
2.改善平常姿勢不良的體態
3.之後想進階到空瑜課程
