大腿的肌耐力 - 有氧運動 Aerobics

上星期去騎飛輪發現我的肌耐力很不好
(還有呼吸的調節也很差)
不曉得有什麼方法可以讓它變得有耐力一點
Orz..就是來就是呼吸的調節,因為騎到後半段發現如果要站起來騎很容易呼吸
不過來。所以都坐著騎,是我呼吸的方法有問題嗎?還是體能太差的限制?
