之前算是沒什麼持續在跑,最近因為覺得身體狀況變好差,體重也失控中,想透過運動讓
自己健康一些
大概從六月下旬開始認真跑,除了生理期.聚餐等
不可抗力因素,幾乎算是天天跑,每天大概跑5km
整個七月跑了130km,速度也不快,大概每公里七分半鐘左右,本以為這樣身體還撐得住
但最近這兩次跑,一開始還正常,大概跑個1km,右大腿根部就開始出現疼痛感,無法繼
續跑@@
目前是打算先暫停跑步一陣子,改以走路跟跳繩
代替
想請問大家,因為平常走路是不會痛的,只有跑的時候才有痛感,我可以先休息等它復原
吧
不能跑的時候看到在跑的人兒覺得好生羨慕><
