大腿不太會酸 - 路跑 Road Running

為了即將入伍作練習
在跑步前幾乎3年沒運動
一次約3000~4000公尺
遇到一些問題
1 跑完後小腿很酸 很緊實 跑完也是要拉筋嗎?
2 大腿也是有點緊 但相對於小腿 完全沒有酸的感覺 臀部更是完全無感
請問我是有可能再姿勢上面犯了哪些大忌??還是跑不夠遠 不夠快?
3 腳尖著地vs腳跟著地 我爬文後發現都有人支持..請問以長跑來說 哪個較優?
4 跑了大概一個禮拜 覺得沒有什麼進步 3000只能在19分上下
請問我想進步在15分內
現在應該是以先增加跑步的距離 還是增加速度 哪個為主?
5 瘦子比較有優勢? 我170 58 是竹竿型 還沒有感覺到這個優勢= =
