知道怎麼選鞋
但還是不知道該怎麼跑步
跑步時都會覺得身體有點傾斜
如果用核心力量努力稱正跑得話
跑久又會覺得比較小的左腳開始感到吃力
每次落地都有很明顯的不適感
請問各位大大這個要如何改善?
