大休息平躺時下背部無法貼地 - 瑜珈 Yoga

我目前在國外上瑜伽課
每次只要遇到平躺的動作時
老師都會一直叮嚀要把下背部貼在地板上
讓整個脊椎能休息
我看好多人也都可以整個貼在地板上
可是不知道為甚麼 我從小到大 我的下背部好像從來沒有貼地過
除非平躺抱膝蓋 或是舉腳 不然下背都是懸空的
下背部其實還蠻常酸痛 去推拿的時候師傅也經常說我的下背部非常僵硬
請問有沒有辦法可以改善呢? 我也希望平躺的時候可以讓下背部貼地休息啊...
