夜跑後,餓到睡不著 - 路跑 Road Running

夏天太陽大,連早上晨跑都很熱很曬,
所以都7,8點之後才夜跑,每次約1小時。
回來後約十點開始肚子餓,餓到睡不著的那種,
就算勉強睡著了,睡眠品質也不好,
這種情況大家會吃東西再睡嗎?
那要吃什麼好?
我昨天吃了香蕉和蘋果,但還是餓到睡不著,
今天來試試豆漿,
每天晚上找烤雞炸雞的餐廳食記,望梅止渴,
不過這麼晚吃東西,總覺得對身體不好,
也是希望能拉長身體不攝食的時間 (晚餐後到隔天早餐),
以此增強胰島素的敏感性。
