因為膝蓋有受傷停跑了一週,最近每天都用狼牙棒跟高爾夫球放鬆。 請問大家是建議
跑後,不管有沒痠痛都要使用狼牙棒滾一圈來保養,還是每個禮拜滾一兩次就好?
滾狼牙棒的時候,幾乎是咬牙忍痛,滿身大汗的在滾...比跑步痛苦啊...
