夏天在練跑的時候常常撐不到從冬天、春天延續下來的練習量
現在假設今天預定配速跑用五分速跑10K
但跑到5K就發現維持不下去
那這種情形是要放慢速度撐到10K
還是乾脆就收工讓身體好好休息呢?
同樣的如果今天預定的是稍長一點距離的
如15k或20k,不過速度是放慢了些
但是跑到10k左右就耐不住了
像這時是休息一下再繼續,或是乾脆也是收工休息呢?
看了之前川內優輝剛開始的訓練,夏天也是硬著做
結果那年成績反而退步,隔年移地訓練避開炎熱,練習的效果才明顯
但實在無法做到移地訓練這種程度
才想說夏天是不是主要還是以每天狀況為主
才不會讓身體出現問題,體能不進反退呢?
或者是...這只是我自己夏天撐不下去想逃避、偷懶的理由= =
