前幾天去上肌力訓練課時
有位同學跟我聊到她上半身想增肌 太瘦了 有打算要喝乳清
我同事最近買了增重的乳清 也是因為太瘦了 雖然也有自主訓練
於是跟她提議增重的乳清
但是她跟我說體重變重會影響跑步 我感覺好矛盾
原本是太瘦(像皮包骨) 要增肌不是體重就會變重嗎?(不考慮體脂下降的狀況)
我最近健身+飲食 體重增加 體脂沒變(之前是體重下降 體脂下降)
因為我也愛跑步 之前也有健身房的有氧老師建議我不要練太壯 不然會影響跑步效率
女生要練很壯很難 所以我也不是很擔心
想知道增肌而體重增加 真的會影響跑步效率嗎?謝謝
