不知道會不會有人想要開這樣的課
課名就是[塑身階梯]
結合肌耐力與階梯這兩種課所需要的道具跟動作
手上套著一或二磅重的彈性甜甜圈
(你們應該有看過吧 就是那種 有彈性 像甜甜圈的亞鈴)
腳上綁二到三公斤的綁腿
整節階梯課都在做簡協運動
比如說 basic的時候手部做up-right roll
knee的時候就做手臂下拉(有一台重訓機是練背部的那個動作)
kurl的時候就做肩三角肌
stone的時候就做二頭肌
強化大腿肌群的動作 就可以多做後抬腿 跟前大抬腿的動作
還有一腳踩上階梯後 蹲蹲兩下
哈 這樣搞不好會吸引到飛輪一族的前來遊玩
因為一定會狂飆汗跟非常有成就感
哈哈哈我有考慮要這樣做耶~~
在手上套甜甜圈然後上hi-lo課跟step課
超妙的~
