因為我之前都在騎單車,大部份是做心率到130以上的有氧運動
導致下半身肌肉發達
於是好幾個教練都建議我要做足拉身
而且拉身要拉久一點
最好去練瑜珈 bodybalance之類的....
但我覺得效果平平 而且 下半身壯應該是肥肉多吧
做瑜珈怎能減肥呢???
