各位前輩高手
如標題想問,當年各位是怎麼練進4分速跑中長距離的
跑久了自然就上去了?還自加強一些專項例如間歇?重訓?
回憶起來當年剛開始跑步大概是6分多7分速開始慢慢跑
後來跑著跑著跑量多了也就很自然慢慢進步到5分甚至4分半
但4分30後就卡了好久,發現要再進步似乎不再像以前跑久自然就進步
目前半馬可以跑95分,10K大概44分左右,5K的最佳也才22分上下
感覺上目前的甜蜜點就是在4分30左右,再快就會有種上不去的感覺
800M間歇跑4分0幾就覺得上不去..但心跳其實也才170初頭(騎車最高可以騎到180幾)
所以感覺遇到瓶頸想上來問問各位意見,感謝
