跑步大約一年多,逐漸發現食量似乎比沒練跑前多非常多
例如:跑完32K LSD,可以直接吃完兩份麥當勞套餐 (薯條還加大)
也可以一餐吃掉三碗飯
總之不容易飽,但容易餓
各位有這樣的現象嗎? 這...正常嗎?
