先說我是個年近50的阿姨,不想看的趕快左轉XD
平常跑量很低,一個月不到20K,但一年爬兩次百岳,心肺功能跟腿力還算可以(吧
10月底花了9天環島,回來後工作太忙也沒時間跑步,只在11月底前跑了兩趟,
一次8K,一次10K。
這次跟正妹同事一起報台北馬半馬,她賽前傳了備戰密笈給我,提醒務必控制速度
免得後面爆掉,畢竟我最遠只跑過星光馬的11K....
那天濕冷的天氣實在太適合跑步了!我一路就是以6分半的速度前進,
盡量維持不喘的狀態,去年爬南湖受傷的左腿也很配合地沒有鬧脾氣
就這樣慢慢跑回來,除了喝兩次水之外都沒有停下來。
最後的成績是2小時27分鐘,而且因為都跑外圈所以GPS測出來跑了22K!
人生中第一次的半馬出乎意料順利完成了,讓我對自己的跑步信心大幅增加
以後的跑量應該也沒辦法大幅提升,但會繼續跑下去的!
