小弟先介紹一下自己,
性別:男
年紀:即將升大四的老屁股 > <
因右腳肌腱炎,休息了兩三個月(休息期間只敢輕鬆跑與鍊核心肌群)
受傷前的狀況大約
5k:21分 / 10k:43分 月跑量200多k,LSD大多20-25k(pace6~pace5'30),30k+只有一次
受傷後就沒紀錄訓練日記,月跑量約100多出頭
沒參加過路跑,預計報11/9八里左岸半馬,於是擬定了訓練計劃表
計畫表很簡單,一週跑4次,共17週(7/1~10/26),
全部都用pace5或以內配速跑,熱身與緩和跑各2k,一三五就做輕量的重訓或休息
