如果以十公里為目標,何時喝水比較恰當? - 路跑 Road Running

原PO 慢跑新手 小嫩嫩一個
一開始跑步只是為了想減肥瘦小腹,讓自己體態更好
但是跑了一陣子,發現跑步好處多多
因為小弟在科技業工作,跑步有助於紓壓,加強體力
也讓我每天下班,最期待的事情就是去公園跑上幾圈
(把我從筆電前拉到戶外)
目前固定一天跑5000M,我是用自己覺得比較舒服的速度
大概是6~7分速
有時候覺得可以再多跑一點,大概就會跑到6~7圈
(我家附近的公園,一圈約一公里)
目前最多跑到8圈就覺得腳步開始沉重了,覺得口渴
以目前的我來說5圈算是剛剛好
跑完回家,腿也不會覺得痠痛,有時候休息一下,又想出去跑
不過目前都規劃一天約一個小時的慢跑量
想問的是,如果我想以十公里甚至以上為目標
中間可以喝水嗎...?,如果可以最好是跑到多少距離的時候
再喝水比較有訓練到
