半馬訓練 - 路跑 Road Running

我有報名台北馬(半馬),人生沒跑過半馬,今天以前10K是我跑過最長的距離。
平常沒什麼時間練跑,2022年至今平均月跑量只有20K左右,通常一次跑5K(5-5分半速)。
有鑑於台北馬迫在眉睫,10月開始稍微開始認真一些,跑量提升到40K左右(還是很少...)
心裡知道在台北馬前必須至少練一次15K,今天心血來潮就嘗試了14.67K。
2-3K的時候覺得今天跑起來似乎沒有很輕盈,4~5K開始比較順,5-10k也沒有感覺特別累,
呼吸跟腿的狀況都還好,10-12k也很OK,很驚喜,畢竟沒跑過10K以上。
結果才開心沒多久,從13K開始,不知道是腿的肌力不足還是什麼其他的原因,
雙腿明顯變得很沉重,跑不太起來,最後1K幾乎是用撐的跑完,但是我的呼吸都是順暢的
就是不算太累,但是腿很累...
如果我為自己訂的台北馬(半馬)目標是2小時,這樣機會還大嗎? 是否要練腿部的肌力呢?
