各位路跑版的朋友大家好
小弟自從今年8月接觸跑步後就愛上了跑步
看著許多高手半馬在1hr40內完成小弟心生欣羨
想請問各位都是怎麼練習的
目前小弟月跑量約80K
每次都跑8k,均速5m30s/km
自主練習跑到8k後開始有點吃力
試著將速度拉到5m/km就會開始有點喘,快到臨界點的感覺...
另外請問各位除了跑步還會在做什麼訓練加強肌肉強度?
