初學者路跑,跑完後膝蓋問題 - 路跑 Road Running

一直以來都有運動習慣,通常是一周跑個兩到三趟的5km (400m操場),前天開始轉換到
河濱的腳踏車道路跑,第一次跑一圈大約6.5km (從google map量測的數據),這時候
覺得也還好,身體沒有任何不舒服感覺,隔天增加一圈到13km 中間沒有停頓休息
或是喝水,跑完回家後發現膝蓋外側下方骨頭有些微疼痛,坐著或是站著都還好,
是要有連續彎曲時候會特別有不舒服和感覺,想請問各位路跑的先進們,有無類似經驗
以及如何解決克服這問題? 是姿勢不良還是其他什麼原因呢? 謝謝。
(令我困混的事情是:原本以為跑完隔天大腿小腿會很酸,結果反而沒這現象,另外就是
長期有練習深蹲來增加大小腿跟膝蓋肌肉似乎對路跑有一定程度的幫助? )
