從小就覺得跑步是件很累的事
最近看了有關路跑的文章,裡面都說跑步是件很快樂的事
不禁讓我非常好奇,怎麼跟我的想法天壤之別
突然想一窺路跑的奧妙~
聽說初學者從每次跑30分鐘開始即可
但是我才跑約9分鐘而已就累到受不了用走的了
只跑9分鐘,感覺根本練不到什麼,但是勉強繼續跑真的好痛苦
一點也不快樂....= =
像我這麼弱的體能,該怎麼訓練呢?
跑跑走走的撐完30分鐘,會不會有效果?
另外想問一個很天真也是我最想知道的問題...
就是大概要練習到什麼階段,跑步才會從痛苦轉變成快樂的感覺 XD~
