最近去市民運動中心,本來都是去游泳…
不過最近想去健身室練練,不是想練成肌肉男…
只是看看能不能減去鮪魚肚,當然終極目標是參加
鐵人三項…呵!
剛開始應該是簡單一點吧!
1.熱身10m
2.慢走10m
3.慢跑20m
4.練肚子10m
5.練手臂10m
6.最後慢走看電視10m
這樣…差不多吧?
