最近開始健身
因為早上沒事,下午要上班
想說上班前去健身,
等於是說吃完午餐後就要直接去運動~~~
這樣子好嗎?!!
還是?
另外,有聽說練重量前,要先跑步消耗一些熱量,再練重量,是真的嗎
