划手+腰部問題 - 游泳討論

想請教板上各位大大
之前自由式看影片看到有人可以伸單手讓身體往前飄
今天去游泳池練習
發現這個動作確實可以練習手部延伸的動作
但是我發現,如果我本身腰沒有配何扭轉的話,手很快就會下沉,而沒辦法做延伸動作
想請教各位大大
是划手一次就要扭腰一次?
還是換氣那次的時候再做扭腰就好?
