冬天的熱身? - 路跑 Road Running

冬天慢慢要到了
早上要起來晨跑真的是掙扎個老半天 Orz
(最重要的是外面總還是暗的)
不過比較麻煩的就是熱身。
我的習慣是還是先稍微沖一下熱水
拉筋跟簡單的熱身操十分鐘之後
先去外面小跑步大約五百公尺,之後才開始跑。
不知道大家的冬天跑步熱身法是什麼?
可以稍微來討論一下 :p
