開始練跑到現在兩年多,
半馬跑過八次,成績平均是 2hr 20min~30min左右。
一直有想要挑戰全馬的念頭,
可是每次都敗在賽前感冒。只好不得不放棄比賽。
自己推想,大概是有時候感冒沒完全好,
就去練跑,搞到感冒有時候會拖很久才好,
到最後演變成很容易感冒,不然就是一感冒就會發燒。
然後一發燒就完全打亂自己的練跑計劃,體力也會變差。
也許大家的體質不盡相同,
不過呼籲大家不要真的太輕乎感冒。
練跑之後,最好衣服趕快換,外套也要穿上。
目前正在吃中藥調一下體質,
看看年底能不能順利挑戰全馬啊~~
